A downloadable Solo TTRPG
You play as Scäkla, a scum imprisoned deep underground. You will encounter monsters, weird people and find items which will help you escape. Progress room by room. Roll dice and draw the rooms as you go, otherwise how will you know which way you went? Anyway, try not to die. You will most likely die.
MØRK FÆNGSEL ([ˈmɶɐ̯g] [ˈfεŋˀsəl]) is a quick, fun and light solo-game, made to utilize only one d6 (although having 3 doesn't hurt.) Made to be printed, pocketed scribbled on anytime, anywhere. Break out the ink and make a mess.
Remember to bring a character sheet or two!

08.09.22 – Version 1.3:
Massive fix of spelling and additions of commas, even where there shouldn't, be, some. Added silver to some monsters and changed some values, as well as altering the potion trap. This is starting to be a game worth playing!
07.09.22 – Version 1.2: Slight update fixing two minor gameplay-bugs pointed out by Goblins Don't Wear T-shirts. There is now a crossbow which grants +1 on attack rolls. And all spells have d3 uses unless you've practiced heritical magic, in which case it's d6.

Hello! Quick question: I rolled 2 for my reason for being imprisoned. Do I begin with a d6 dagger as well as finding another weapon in the cell?
I was thinking it was your only weapon. Your choice mate. You could roll a d6 for weapons and if it's a 6 your dagger is just d6+1. Remember to name it, that's important.
lol my first room roll was a dead end. He didn’t have a chance. Love it!
btw with the heretical magic ability I can reroll a failed spell. How do they fail? It could maybe apply to rolling a 6 on “Summon Thee”?
Hahaha. In earlier versions I actually had two doors, but it was edited out as it seemed unnecessary.
I had a mechanic which enabled you to fail a spell, which was also removed. I see now it left the heretical magic-trait a little obselete. I will amend it – thank you for the catch!
sure, and also the zweihander- 2d6 dmg as per the level up chart, or 1d6+1d3+1 as on the character sheet? They both average out at 7 but the 2d6 is just less mental hurdles when adding it all up.
The original idea with this is the weapon on the sheet is a ZWEIHANDER while the one you gain from leveling up is a MIGHTY ZWEIHANDER although I see that, as to your point, they average out. I think I might have to remove the ZWEIHANDER and perhaps include another weapon instead. Or make the other one even MIGHTIER.
